File a return

If you wish to return a product to Leather Heats, you can do so within 30 days by following the instructions below:

Return Shipping Policy:

Returns must be in new and unused condition. Returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days from date of receipt for a refund. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days. No restocking fees. Gift returns will be processed as an exchange or store credit only. Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Shipping is nonrefundable.

1.Securely pack the product:

Make sure to pack the item securely, and if there’s a gift item included, please attach it along with the packing slip. Please note that we only accept returns for items that have an issue caused by Leather Heats, such as receiving the wrong product or a quality issue. We do not accept returns for damaged, used items, or those returned without a valid reason.

3. Provide your tracking number

Once you receive the tracking number from the courier, please email it to us at support@leatherheats.com or send it via Text on +14697434997

Important Points to Consider:

  • The shipping charges for the return will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • You must provide the correct return tracking number when filing the return to ensure your return is processed successfully.

  • Once our fulfillment center receives and inspects your return (usually within 72 hours), you will receive an email confirmation that your return is complete. If you are requesting a refund, it will be processed within 7 days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
